Delroyd Worm Gear was introduced to the Ethanol industry seven years ago. During these years, Delroyd has provided over 400 mixer drive reducers for 20, 30, 40, & 50 million gallon plants. Our reducers are mounted on beerwells, fermenters, cook tubes, liquification tanks, syrup, and slurry vessels.

• Centrifugally cast phosphorus bronze gears & Alloy steel worm shafts
• Single reduction, double reduction, or helical reduction worm gear drives
• Drywell construction
• Standard unit ranges from 3” – 14” center distances
